No. Consulting is open-scope and ongoing. Strategic advisory is a defined-scope intervention with fixed timeline, fixed fee, specific deliverable, and clean handoff. When we deliver, the engagement ends, unless you move into Commercial Representation or Brand Operations Partner.
How exactly does the fee credit work?

If you sign a Commercial Representation or Brand Operations Partner engagement within 8 calendar days of final delivery, the advisory fee is credited against the new engagement. The mechanic is automatic and written into both contracts.
How do you handle confidentiality and data access?

NDA is signed before any data exchange. For the diagnostic we need: commercial performance, pricing structure, current distribution agreements, and your Mexico P&L if one exists. We don't share findings outside your team without written approval.
