Commercial
Representation.

A performance-oriented engagement that activates demand, builds revenue channels, and stands up the operating structure your brand needs in Mexico.

We open the doors. We build the systems.

We act as your commercial representative within the defined territory or channel, opening accounts, generating demand, and structuring agreements. In parallel, we design and implement the operational systems your business needs to run: pick and pack, customer service, accounting, human resources. It's not advisory. It's execution.

Three signals to bring us in.

01

You have product. You need a commercial arm.

Your product works and your supply chain is solid. What you don't have is people in Mexico opening retail accounts, generating demand, and building distribution. We bring the commercial arm.

02

You want to own, not run day-to-day.

You want operations to live under your name (entity, accounts, team, finances) but you don't want to recruit, train, and supervise the people executing day to day. You own the asset. We run the work.

03

You're tired of paying for hours and decks.

You don't want a firm billing hours and presenting decks. You want commercial KPIs (accounts opened, revenue generated, channels active) with compensation tied to them. Our retainer covers infrastructure. Our commission covers delivery.

Performance pricing. Clean ownership.

A base retainer covers infrastructure. The commission ties compensation to delivery. Ownership stays with you.

Beyond the model.

Three services available alongside the core model. Each priced per project, fixed once defined.

We set up the Mexican entity from scratch: legal structure, RFC, banking, regulatory compliance. The brand operates under its own structure from day one.

Design of HR, accounting, and customer service systems extended to your other Mexican operations: additional channels, warehouses, business units.

We manage the tax obligations of your Mexican entity: revenue reports, inventory valuation, tax compliance.

Frequently asked.

Do I need to have a Mexican entity already in place?

+

Ideally yes. The entity, accounts, team, and tax obligations live under your name, so you need a Mexican legal structure to contain them. If you don't have one yet, the "government compliance and business setup" complementary service covers the setup (typically $3k-$10k USD, fixed once scope is defined). We coordinate legal and tax advisors but we don't act as them.

Who pays taxes, rents, and salaries?

+

You. Taxes, rental contracts, and payroll run through your Mexican entity. We calculate the taxes associated with sales in the channels we manage and deliver them ready for your accounting team to file. The rest stays with your tax advisors.

Who owns the client relationship?

+

You. We represent your brand commercially, but the client, contract, and data live under your name. We document and hand off the relationship whenever you ask, during or after the engagement.

How does this differ from Brand Operations Partner?

+

Commercial Representation operates the commercial layer (accounts, demand, agreements) and designs the operational systems your team runs day to day. Brand Operations Partner adds full operational execution: pick and pack, customer service, accounting, and HR running with our people on our payroll. You move to it when you want zero direct labor obligations in Mexico. If you're deciding between the two, the orientation call maps your situation against both. One hour, no cost.

Stop running Mexico from a slide. Run it on the ground.

Your product is ready. Your supply chain works. What's missing is people in market, opening accounts and turning the catalog into revenue. That's what we bring.
